What is the typical minimum investment per deal?
Minimum investments vary depending on the opportunity, but typically range between €50.000 and €100.000. Specific requirements are shared for each deal before members decide whether to participate.
How are investment opportunities selected?
Opportunities are sourced through the network and evaluated based on structure, risk profile, expected return and alignment of incentives. We always require the presenting investor to commit at least €100.000.
Are investments guaranteed to generate returns?
No investment is guaranteed. All opportunities carry risk. Capital Club provides access to vetted opportunities and experienced investors, but every member is responsible for making their own investment decisions.
How liquid are the investments?
Most private market investments have defined holding periods, typically ranging between 12 and 36 months depending on the opportunity. Some investments may have shorter or longer horizons depending on the deal structure. With that said, investors will always have the opportunity to sell their assets at any time, but it might lower the ROI.
Is Capital Club suitable for someone who already invests actively?
Yes. Many members already allocate capital across stocks, crypto, funds or property. Capital Club is designed to complement those strategies by providing access to private deals and co-investment opportunities.
